RECIPE: Breakfast Hash

Quick & Easy Breakfast Hash


  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes


  1. Peel and slice onion
  2. Cut bell pepper into strips
  3. Add both to non stick saucepan on med-high
  4. Once onions start to become translucent
  5. Add Sun Dried Tomatoes
  6. Stir through with a wooden spoon
(add any dried herbs you wish or none)

Plate into your serving dish

3 oz = 1 Serving Size
